Laser Eye Surgery of Erie

I can't fully express how happy I am with my experience with Dr. Haverly, the other doctors and the staff at Laser Eye Surgery of Erie. I had a lot of concerns when it became clear that I needed cataract surgery. I read reviews and tried to do my homework. Now that I have gone through the procedures, I wanted to share a little about it.

The options, insurance matters and potential out of pocket costs were clearly explained to me. After careful deliberation, I chose to have the Symphony multi-focal lens implants. I was hopeful that I would have vision on par with what I had with my contact lenses. The outcome was far better.

Everything about the process was handled professionally and efficiently. I never felt I had to wait longer than a reasonable amount of time in the waiting room. At times, things could go quickly, but I never felt I was being rushed through anything. The doctors and staff always seemed to take whatever time was needed to provide individualized personal care.

From the first consultation through all of the follow ups, I am more than pleased.

They were very professional and friendly in the office. They made everything so easy for me and helped ease my anxiety about my LASIK procedure. They were also very clear and made sure I understood my options and risks. The procedure itself was super easy and I have already recommended them to several of my friends. :)

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, staff that went above and beyond to make sure I understood my procedure, the pre-op and post-op.
